Exhibitor Information for the 2018 Conference

We have an exhibitor room that will be filled with an exclusive mix of curriculum and materials vendors along with a few non profits, all of whom fit the goals of our organization. At the center of the room will be our coffee/tea station, and in the morning will hold our breakfast, so traffic should be brisk throughout the day. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to engage with attendees through a limited number of presentation sessions which would run concurrently with our MSELA sessions. All exhibitors will have their logo in the program. 

There are also opportunities to be sponsors for our breakfast and lunch. See the pricing structure below. 


Cost Structure: Vendors

$300 per table, including  wifi access and electricity, if needed. Eight of our exhibitors will get the chance to do a presentation at no extra charge this year. If you are interested in doing a presentation, be sure to fill out that section of the form with your proposal.

Three sponsors at $250 each. If you would like to be the sole sponsor, it will be $750.

Sponsorship of breakfast comes with:

  • Poster of sponsorship
  • 1 ticket to keynote luncheon
  • Choice location in exhibit hall
  • Recognition at start of first session

Two sponsors at $500 each. If you would like to be the sole sponsor, it will be $1000.

Sponsorship of lunch comes with:

  • 2 tickets to luncheon
  • Premier exhibit hall location
  • Recognition in program
  • Podium banner
